Take your time to experience the comfort and quality of our amazing products in your own home. If, within 60 nights of delivery, our bed frame doesn't meet your expectations or suit your needs, simply inform us. We are here to assist you in exploring alternative options or arranging a return.
How long does delivery take once I have placed my order?
We aim to deliver your bed frame within 7-14 working days (not including bank holidays, etc). After placing the order, you will receive confirmation of this.
Then, 2-3 days before your scheduled delivery date, you will receive a tracking link that includes the specific delivery date and time slot.
