Where do you deliver to?

We deliver furniture to our customers across mainland UK. These products will be delivered by a two man delivery company. Your items will be delivered to your front door, if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only.

If you select the assembly service, then we will deliver the items to the room of your choice and assemble..

How long will my order take to be delivered?

All our products are delivered to your home within 5-10 working days.

How much is the delivery?

Our delivery is free to mainland UK. We offer additional services such as room of choice delivery, assembly service and removal of old bed & mattress.

Divan Beds

Our divan beds truly are divine, but we know the challenges of buying a bed online. It’s only when you sit or lay down on that you can enjoy the full experience.
If you’re not delighted with your divan bed, contact us within 60 days of receiving it and we’ll arrange for a collection.
All we ask is that you keep the original packaging and take care of it so that it can be packed up again securely when getting it ready for collection.

Mattresses

Take time to get to know your mattress. We make sure our mattresses meet our high standards before we send them to you. However, we encourage you to inspect your order when you receive it.
If you have purchased a mattress and it’s not a match made in heaven, contact us within 60 days of receiving it and we’ll arrange for a collection and provide you with a full refund.

Your bed will be delivered within 5-10 working days but can be sooner. You will receive a text and email with a tracking link which contains the delivery date and time slot. This will be sent to you several days before the delivery.

3. Can I delay my delivery?

Yes, this is common for people who are decorating or moving into a new house but don’t want to miss out on a sale. You can place your order and select “delay delivery” in the checkout. We will then put your delivery on hold until you get in touch with us to arrange a delivery date.

4. Can I specify a delivery date?

We can’t guarantee a delivery date, however we will try our best to arrange a delivery around your schedule. Once you have placed your order, you can get in touch with us via our helpdesk to let us know your delivery preference.

5. How is this item delivered?

Small single or single divan bases will arrive as one whole unit.
Small double, double, king & super king divan bases will arrive in two halves to make it easy and convenient to move around your home.
The headboard is delivered as a separate piece and must be attached when assembling the bed.
